Sample Output
Sample outputs are readily available for registered customers. For all modules, one can see the existing sample deliverables. The software can further be tailored made as per the organization/project requirements. There is a facility for any number of creative project template/ reports.
Delivery of software via *.ftp site upon confirmation of purchase and related payment you will get email on your registered e-mail id containing ftp details for all the purchased module.
This login will be available to only customers who have purchased the software or who are already existing customers.
Installation and Getting Started:
This is a service provided explaining the exact procedure for installation on the server machine and also on the client machine. A detailed document is available for this purpose and also videos are available to explain on Installation and getting started for each module of EPCPROMAN.
Training Program
Training is provided by giving training videos, online web training or by a personal visit to the client’s office.
Training is given by our certified training instructors, who have many years’ experience working with the software. 8 hours of online training will be provided along with the software free of cost. Training can be provided at a customer’s site on the chargeable basis on customer’s suitable dates. Training is provided to explain each software feature in detail.

Implementation
Implementation is further add on to training. Every organization or project needs specific work in order to tailor-make the software there is a need to configure the software for organization/project needs. Implementation services provided by experts will make sure to configure the software functionality as per the requirement, configuring the desired report formats, customizing desired billing format, giving various neutral files input like integration neutral files for the integration to commercial ERP( SAP), accounting system, existing software ( if available) etc.

Customization and testing
This is further add on to implementation for catering to additional requirements of the organization or a project.
